What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. We also accept Checks By Mail as well as Government Purchase Orders.

How do I track my order during production?

Easily track your order using our proprietary Live Order Tracking system.  Simply enter your Order # and track your product throughout the production process. 

When will I know my order has shipped?

The shipping provider, USPS, UPS or FedEx will notify you by email once the order has left our facilities. The shipping company will supply you with a Tracking # that you can use to follow your package on its journey. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship internationally, however, if you reside anywhere outside the continental (lower 48 states) United States, then you first must contact us to receive a custom shipping quote You must provide a shipping label as well as the appropriate customs documents for all International shipments.
